This post was not scheduled, so i gave me 2mn to write it. Since it’s (usually) better when you say things than you keep them for yourself, here i go: this cycling monday morning started very badly!
First, as any parent it all started very early in order to be sure that parents and kid arrive on time at work or at school…everyhting was going well (under high stress though since we were on monday morning) until i was about to take my bicycle….tire was flat, utch!
Secondly, after the get-this-damned-tire fixed operation we (my kid and i) were « flying » (read cycling of course) to my daughter’s school, when i discovered that i had forgotten my helmet while fixing the tire…at least my daughter was still wearing hers….
Then arriving near her school i avoided at the last second a dooring, focused to get on time at my kid’s school…i acted as a gentleman and didn’t say a word….well may be just one…yes definitely one :-/
Anywyay at least today in Paris is not as cold as it used to be over the last days, that is very positive for all cyclists.
With my good old friend and a good song, now that i am finally at work everything should be alright.
Note: it took me 5mn to write this not very interesting post…FAIL…
